“Starlight” Tuxedo

The Starlight headliner on a Rolls-Royce is the inspiration for the “Starlight Tuxedo”. The Starlight Headliner’s unique effect is achieved through delicate fibre optic strands in the roof of Ghost or Wraith– with the brightness of each ‘star’ able to be adjusted to suit the mood of a customer. Typically, the leather headlining of a Rolls-Royce is perforated by 1,340 fibre optics. The constellation of each Starlight Headliner is built completely unique to the owner and can take up to a week to handcraft by two dedicatd craftspersons at the House of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood. Redefining the classic cocktail jacket for evening wear, the Starlight Tuxedo was an incarnation of modern elegance. Commissioned from a silver lurex, this glimmering tuxedo is a paragon of style.

“Classic Velvet Plum” Tuxedo

The ‘Classic Velvet Plum” Tuxedo was Inspired by the rich palette of Rolls-Royce colours, from which customers have 44,000 bespoke choices. Colour has become a defining owner signature, with some colours mixed exclusively and named for the exterior of a customer’s Rolls-Royce, or applied to the interior in a series of carefully designed contrasts. The legendary Rolls-Royce colour and piano-shine finish consists of at least five layers of paint – two of which are a high-gloss clear coat – painstakingly polished for up to five hours by hand. The Bespoke Corner Tailors created an uncommonly rich blend of silk and cotton, incorporating a deep plum velvet into the tuxedo to produce stylish wear that is as timeless as it is desirable.
